Information We Collect

We collect both personal and non-personal information to ensure we are able to deliver our Products and Services and provide the best user experience possible. If your relationship with us ends, we will continue to handle your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

 Third party information such as your credit report and credit history, credit score and other third party information that allows us to provide you with the best consumer experience and Products and Services  From you directly, from the credit reporting agencies including Experian, Equifax and Transunion or from other third party data sources who supply consumer information.
 Device and browser information such as IP address, device identifier and browser type. Location information (if you have consented to provide this information), information gather from our mobile application and through cookies.  This information is collected automatically through certain technologies that collect information about how you interact with our website and online Products and Services.



Information We Collect As You Access Our Services

In addition to any Personally Identifiable Information or other information that you choose to provide to us, we and our third-party service providers may use a variety of technologies to automatically collect certain information about how you access or interact with our products and services. Making Changes to Your Personally Identifiable Information

You agree that you are solely responsible for accuracy of the Personally Identifiable Information you provide to 20/20 CREDIT. If you wish to review the Personally Identifiable Information you have provided you can log in to your 20/20 CREDIT account and review your account information. How We Use the Information We Collect

We use the information we collect to provide and improve our Products and Services and to improve your user experience. For example, we may use your personal information to send you push notifications via our mobile application regarding the Product or Service you use or to alert you to other service announcements such as notification of our welcome message.


By using our Products and Services, you consent to the collection and use of this information and thereby agree to be bound by these terms. If you elect to provide 20/20 CREDIT with Personally Identifiable Information, you allow us to use this Information in accordance with the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy.


There are some aspects of our website that you can participate in without providing us with Personally Identifiable Information. However, many of our Services require you to provide Personally Identifiable Information in order to take advantage of our Services at 20/20 CREDIT.


By accepting our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, you agree and authorize 20/20 CREDIT to retain a copy of all such Personally Identifiable Information received, including the information you submit through the initial registration form or that is provided to 20/20 CREDIT throughout the course of our relationship. You understand that you are providing written instructions in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and other applicable laws to authorize 20/20 CREDIT to request and receive information on your behalf from third parties, including but not limited to a copy of your consumer credit report and score from consumer reporting agencies, at any time for so long as your 20/20 CREDIT account is active.


Sharing Data With Our Partners And Affiliates

We strive to improve your experience and our Services by working with third party partners who offer additional products and services that may be of interest to you. Under no circumstance will 20/20 CREDIT share your Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) with any external partners or entities without your explicit permission.


20/20 CREDIT will not release your Personally Identifiable Information to third parties except as necessary to provide Services you originally requested or as permitted by law. For example, when you register for our Service, we ask for your consent to share your Personally Identifiable Information with a third party credit reporting agency in order to initiate and execute our credit restoration process.

We may also share your Personally Identifiable Information with third-party partners who referred you to 20/20 CREDIT for credit repair services.


Under no circumstance will 20/20 CREDIT sell, rent or share any Personally Identifiable Information to a third party for marketing purposes unless you request that the information be shared. Your personal credit score and/or credit report will never be shared with our partners and affiliates or anyone except you.


Market Research: Your participation in market research activities is optional. Should you elect to participate, we may use the information you provide to improve your experience with our Products and Services. We may engage third parties to assist us with our market research efforts who may retain non-personalized aggregated information. Please note that all information you provide in this circumstance will only be used for research purposes.



We define ‘minors’ as individuals under the age of 18 and our website and Services are not intended for the use of minors and we do not knowingly solicit or collect information from minors. If we determine that we have collected any information from minor, we will delete the information. If you are a parent or guardian of a minor who you believe has disclosed Personally Identifiable Information, you may contact us at compliance@2020credit.com and the information will be deleted.

We use your information to send you marketing communications, communicate with you about our Products and Services and let you know about our policies and terms. We also use your information to respond to you when you contact us.


Opt Out

If you prefer to not receive promotional emails from us you may choose to opt-out of future offers by contacting us at compliance@2020credit.com. You will continue to receive emails related to the operations and administration of your account.


Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time without notice to you. Any change to this Privacy Policy shall be made solely on this webpage. If we choose to notify you of changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you through the email address that we maintain for you at the time of the change.
